The staff here is great and super friendly and Dr. Grier is great but Dr. Ingram is terrible, she only cares about billing and pushing you to pay for more and more. For context I came in on Monday for yearly checkup and 3 vaccinations, I said I didn’t want him getting all 3 vaccines at once because it might hurt his stomach, she reassured me that wouldn’t be a problem and he would be fine. She then pushed me to do a heart worm test when I said I didn’t see the reason since he has always been up to date on his meds but guilted me into doing it anyways saying it was only $60. He has had softer poops since then, come Thursday he had been having diarrhea and vomiting from 3 am on and I called Indian peaks in the morning telling them the situation. On the phone the technician said it could have been caused from the vaccinations and in that case I said since I specifically said I didn’t want him getting all 3 vaccines I’m not paying for you guys to look at him again and I will go somewhere else. The said no problem the would comp the visit but I would have to pay for the medication. I said no problem but when we went in today (Thursday) Dr. Ingram looked at my dog for 5 minutes and gives him 2 medications to help with the diarrhea, to this point I was okay with the outcome, but she then walks back in and says she will honor the complimentary visit but if I can’t afford her services I should go somewhere else specifically saying I should “seek out cheaper clinics”. This was very infuriating to hear when I had spent over $325 there on Monday just for a checkup and 2 days later she is basically saying I’m broke because I don’t want to spend another $90 just for her to look at my dog for 5 minutes and give me some generic medication, (btw spent $100 on that medication that is significantly cheaper on chewy). Overall Indian Peaks is great just don’t choose Ingram!

Dr. Grier and her staff are professional, friendly, and caring. She goes out of her way to provide the best health care for my dog.
